1. General Information

Preview AI is a technology platform that provides an artificial intelligence–powered visual preview generation service, designed to integrate with e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce and Shopify.

By accessing or using Preview AI’s website, software, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

“User” means any individual or legal entity accessing the website or using the Preview AI software.

“Merchant” means any business or legal entity that installs and uses Preview AI within its online store.

“Service” means the generation of visual preview images (“mockups”) using artificial intelligence.

“User Content” means any images or materials uploaded by Users or Merchants.

“Generated Output” means any image or visual result produced by Preview AI’s AI systems.

3. Description of the Service

Preview AI enables Users to:

• Upload images provided by end users or Merchants;

• Combine such images with products, product variations, or styles; and

• Generate an indicative visual preview of how a product may appear.

ALL GENERATED PREVIEWS ARE SIMULATIONS AND DO NOT REPRESENT A GUARANTEE OF THE FINAL PRODUCT.

4. Informational and Non-Contractual Nature

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs are approximations and inherently probabilistic;

• The final product delivered by a Merchant may differ from the Generated Output;

• Preview AI makes no warranties regarding accuracy, realism, or completeness.

The Service is provided for informational and visualization purposes only and shall not be deemed contractual, binding, or definitive.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to upload User Content;

• Your use of the Service does not infringe any third-party rights.

You may not:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, offensive, or infringing content;

• Use the Service to create misleading, deceptive, or defamatory materials;

• Interfere with, reverse engineer, or abuse the AI systems.

6. Content Ownership and Licenses

6.1 User Content

Users retain all ownership rights in their User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Preview AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and revocable license to:

• Process and analyze such content;

• Generate visual previews;

• Improve the Service using aggregated and anonymized data.

6.2 Generated Output

Generated Outputs:

• May be used by Merchants for commercial purposes in connection with their products;

• Do not grant any ownership or exclusive rights in Preview AI’s underlying AI models or technology;

• May not be resold, sublicensed, or offered as a standalone service independent of Preview AI.

7. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are solely responsible for:

• How Generated Outputs are displayed or described in their stores;

• Disclosing to customers that previews are simulated images;

• All transactions, customer communications, warranties, and fulfillment.

Preview AI is not a seller of goods and is not a party to any transaction between Merchants and end customers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

PREVIEW AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREVIEW AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES;

• PURCHASE DECISIONS MADE BASED ON GENERATED OUTPUTS;

• LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION;

• DISPUTES BETWEEN MERCHANTS AND CUSTOMERS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PREVIEW AI’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

10. Service Availability

Preview AI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.

11. Fees and Billing

• Certain features may require payment of fees;

• Pricing may be based on usage, volume, or subscription tier;

• Preview AI reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

12. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Preview AI Privacy Policy.

User Content may be automatically deleted after processing, unless retention is required for legal or operational purposes.

13. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, algorithms, branding, and documentation, are owned by Preview AI or its licensors.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

14. Termination

Preview AI may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

Users may discontinue use of the Service at any time.
